Victor is a Civil Engineer with over 8-years’ experience in Project Management and the Construction Industry. He has held positions in technical areas, as a Project Manager, Technical Engineer and Project Controller, and as an Estimator in commercial and customer relationships. His experience as an engineer has enabled him to apply technical and analytical knowledge to successfully drive complex and interdisciplinary projects to completion with an excellent track record of leading multi-stakeholders and a wide range of clients within the private and public sectors.
Ali has held senior positions in the residential and industrial commercial sector of construction both in
Canada and Internationally for over 37 years. He’s acted as a General Manager and Partner in the
Greater Toronto Area for building more than 600 residential units. His international experience in
construction of high rises and heavy civil projects makes him an expert in technical and financial
management of the construction process. He strives to build well planned, well designed sustainable
communities by bringing visionary ideas to each project that he is involved.
