Ali has held senior positions in the residential and industrial commercial sector of construction both in
Canada and Internationally for over 37 years. He’s acted as a General Manager and Partner in the
Greater Toronto Area for building more than 600 residential units. His international experience in
construction of high rises and heavy civil projects makes him an expert in technical and financial
management of the construction process. He strives to build well planned, well designed sustainable
communities by bringing visionary ideas to each project that he is involved.

Mehdi has over 14 years of experience in Project Management, Construction and Real Estate Development and delivery of a wide range of complex construction projects. He has worked as a superintendent, project manager, project engineer, client representative, infrastructure developer and executive. He brings a wide perspective and strong capability to the design, approvals, and construction
stage of each project. He has been involved in major real estate development including condominium, townhouses, semi-detached dwellings and single detached dwelling units in Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa Regions. Mehdi has overseen the growth of Delbrook Group from inception to a thriving business.
